The core group of supplements for the Gut Restoration Program are:
1. Plant Enzyme Digestive Formula: Broad spectrum, plant-based enzyme product to help you break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates into their tiny constituent molecules, reducing symptoms of gas and bloating and reducing immune response to foods.
2. Ther-Biotic Complete Powder (probiotic): Hypoallergenic probiotic powder to supplement and balance the colony of beneficial bacteria that live in your gastrointestinal tract.
3. GI Revive: A blend of nutrients and herbs that soothe the lining of the gastrointestinal tract, quell inflammation there and help promote optimal gut integrity. This is a major cornerstone of the gut restoration program. GI Revive contains shellfish, so if it is not appropriate for you, sub instead L-glutamine, Intestinal Complex and Zinlori for a shellfish-free version.

AllerGzyme: This is a blend of gluten-and-dairy digesting enzymes. Best to use this if you are eating out, traveling, going to a party, etc and may inadvertently get exposed to these compounds. It?s a great thing to have in your back pocket for those times!
Allicillin: Concentrated garlic extract, to be used in yeast, dysbiosis or parasite protocols. Also very powerful antiviral, it?s great for restoring microbial balance to your gut and helps keep your immune system in tip-top shape.
Aloe 200x: Aloe is great for regularity, especially with constipation, and is a great gut soother.
Bile Support: Contains herbs to promote optimal bile production and flow. Ideal for those who have had their gallbladders removed or who have fat maldigestion or fat in the stool.
Brown Rice Protein Powder: A great alternative to whey protein powders. This is available in vanilla, chocolate and berry flavors.
Buffered Vitamin C: Vitamin C is buffered here with magnesium and other minerals. This powder is great for re-training the bowel to promote regularity and can be used as a laxative in higher doses.
Colon Rx: Magnesium is combined with the herb Triphala here to promote optimal bowel function and regularity. Great for those who are constipated, particularly if there is a stress component.
Digestzymes: This product is plant enzymes combined with supplemental stomach acid to help you break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Specific for those with low stomach acid. This product should not be taken by those with ulcers or gastritis.
FloraMyces: This is Saccharomyces boulardii, a predatory yeast that kills candida and harmful bacteria and helps restore microbial balance to the GI tract. Ideal for yeast and dysbiosis protocols.
Gas & Bloating: Available in capsule or tea form, this formulation contains gas-reducing and soothing herbs (and in the case of capsules, activated charcoal) to diminish the symptoms of gas and bloating.
GastroMend-HP: This formula was made to assist in those with H. pylori, and also can be used for relief of infrequent reflux.
GI Microb-X: A powerful, broad spectrum antimicrobial appropriate for dysbiosis, yeast, H. pylori or parasite protocols.
Hemp Protein Powder: An alternative to whey, grain and egg protein powders.
Homocysteine Supreme: This product is for those with MTHFR genetic mutations and/or those with high homocysteine. It is a blend of active B vitamins and folate. MTHFR mutations can cause gut, mood, cardiovascular and blood sugar implications.
IB Synergy: This product was uniquely designed for those with IBS. It features the herb Perilla fructans, which is an antispasmodic herb, reducing cramping. It also contains 5-HTP to balance the second brain (the enteric nervous system, residing in the GI tract) and ease anxiety/depression, L-glutamine and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a form of healthy yeast that helps balance the healthy bacteria in the gut and has pain-relieving properties.
Intestinal Complex: This is an herbal formula designed to soothe and repair the lining of the gastrointestinal tract. Intestinal Complex is used in those with shellfish allergy, who cannot tolerate GI Revive.
L-Glutamine: L-glutamine is the preferential fuel for the cells that line the digestive tract. In addition to being great for gastrointestinal repair and function, it also helps with muscle soreness from physical activity.
LV-GB Complex: This is a product that supports liver, bile and gallbladder health. Ideal for those with trouble in these area, for those who have had their gallbladder removed or are experiencing gallstones.
Magnesium Glycinate: A form of magnesium that is wonderful for promoting bowel regularity, relaxing the muscles and helping with sleep. Studies show that those with adequate magnesium status have a greatly reduced risk of developing diabetes.
MCT Colada: Medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) are quick energy for the digestive tract, helping to restore the lining. They also promote better cognition and memory. Has a tasty coconut flavor.
Mentharil: Encapsulated peppermint oil, taken after meals, greatly helps reduce gas and bloating and promotes digestive comfort. Peppermint is not appropriate for those with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), as it can worsen symptoms.
